  \maketitle
In last february, Janet Jackson shew one of her breasts during the
SuperBowl. This event, viewed by 90 millions of people [TOU], shocked
USA. Henceforth, events supposed to be retransmitted on line with American
television like the handing-over of rewards thus will be repeated into
little differed (near five seconds) to avoid this kind of
incidents\dots [ACT]. I'm amazing by this news. I think reactionof USA is
to strong compared to the event. And it is not ended. Zell Miller wants to
fine TV and radio broadcasters a quarter for every viewer or listener they
have when they air indecent programming [AJC].

I have the impression that the USA do not tackle with the good things. For
exemple, I think realty TV is much more immoral.
Or, as Michael Moore underlines it, one notices a vulgarizing of violence
and death in medias. To such a degree that, the subjects make the most
TV rating. The chains of television need to go more and more far to
succeed in attracting their public. One thus notices the emergence of
phenomena such as Jackass.

When all that is seen, one laughs to see the reaction of Americains in
front of an end of nipple. Fortunately, Mr. Bush has think of these
problems and found solution to them: He promises to make information
campaigns (publicity) about sexual abstinence.... Thank you M. Bush...
